In partnership with weekly newspaper DIE WELT, the Cologne-based rating and ranking agency ServiceValue GmbH has conducted a nationwide survey to find out how attractive German companies are in the eyes of the public. The results are presented in a study called “Germany’s Best Employers”.
The transformation of Pfisterer Holding AG into a European company (Societas Europaea, SE) was completed with the commercial register entry (HRB 790497) on 28 July 2023. The new legal form underlines PFISTERER’s positioning as a future-oriented international technology company for connection and contacting technology in power grids. At the same time, it represents a significant milestone for the further successful development of the company, independent of the founding family.

This initiative is part of PFISTERER's commitment to providing rapid assistance to rebuild, repair, and strengthen the power grid in Ukraine. The donation was made possible in cooperation with the Service Desk Ukraine, an initiative by German Eastern Business Association (Ost-Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft), as well as the Blau-Gelbes Kreuz e.V. and the Energy Community Secretariat.

PFISTERER has sold its Rail division to Knill Energy Holding GmbH with effect from 28/12/2021. With this step, PFISTERER is focusing on its core competencies in the areas of components and systems for high-voltage overhead lines and underground cable networks.
